We couldn’t have dreamed of a more magical setting for Christmas and the New Year at Lake Santeetlah. With nearly seven inches of snow covering the mountains and framing the lake, it was spectacular scenery for Christmas in a quite memorable year.
For those who dream of a white Christmas, Mother Nature did not disappoint. Snow began falling on Christmas Eve, and we awoke to a winter fantasy. Snow and ice ushered in a perfect winter day and transformed the already beautiful Lake Santeetlah into a gorgeous wintertime site.
